JoAnn has over 40 years experience in the financial services industry as an investment advisor, bank manager, and for the past ten years, a mortgage originator. JoAnn is familiar with all types of mortgage programs including FHA, CHFA, VA, conventional, jumbo and construction. She is able to work with all types of clients from first-time homebuyers to self-employed, to those with less-than-perfect credit. She prides herself on her honesty, integrity and quality of service to her clients. She is also a reverse mortgage specialist.
JoAnn is actively involved in the Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Connecticut. JoAnn resides in Mystic with her family.

The Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist certification is the first and most widely recognized mortgage planning certification program in the industry. It assures our clients that our Mortgage Planners are qualified and equipped to help them achieve financial freedom and accomplish their life dreams by implementing intelligent mortgage, cash flow and home equity strategies. Mortgage Planners are also bound to follow a strict code of ethics as part of their CMPS training and certification.
