Mark Townsend has been in the mortgage banking industry since 1988 as a loan officer and a sales manager while working in both the wholesale and retail markets. His experience and passion, along with his wealth of knowledge, has enabled his clients to constantly achieve their dream of home ownership.
Mark has built his business based on Realtor and customer referrals. His effective communication, customer service and problem solving skills has enabled him to match the appropriate product to each client. He takes the time to uncover his client's goals, needs and desires, and determines what the client is trying to accomplish. He updates and informs his clients throughout the entire transaction making sure their needs come first which makes for a smoother process. In the end, he gains his client's respect, trust and has a valued client for life.
Mark has lived in Tolland County for over 20 years with his wife, Gloria, and their two children, Lyndsey and Luke. He is a sports enthusiast and has coached youth soccer and lacrosse in Vernon for a number of years. He enjoys watching his daughter play soccer and son play lacrosse.
